Community Connectors-promoting quality play, sport and physical activities are needed now!
We are sharing the news of job vacancies on behalf of SportNZ as they build up a team of Community Connectors across Aotearoa NZ.
“Sport New Zealand are looking for a team of Community Connectors, employed by Regional Sports Trusts, to work in communities across Aotearoa as part of the Healthy Active Learning initiative.
Community Connectors will:
- Strengthen and develop school, kura and community connections with whānau and local health and physical activity providers.
- Support schools, kura and communities to create environments that promote quality play, sport and physical activity opportunities
- Value and be passionate about the holistic wellbeing of all tamariki
